Denver Nursing Schools (this site, at denvernursingschools.com) is an independent information site about nursing programs in the Denver metropolitan area. This policy explains what information the site receives when you visit or write to us, how that information is used, and what choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information You Send Us
The only personal information this site asks for is what you choose to type into the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The topic you select (correction, school update, question about the site, or other)
- Your message
The form does not ask for a phone number, and you should not send us sensitive information through it. In particular, do not send transcripts, identification numbers, financial details, health information, or application materials. This site is not a school or an admissions office, and nothing sent through the form is an application to any program.
When you submit the form, your message is delivered to us as an email so a person can read it and reply to the address you provided. Messages are kept in the receiving mailboxes for as long as they are useful for answering you, handling the correction or update you reported, and keeping a record of changes made to the site. You can ask us to delete a message you sent; see the Your Choices section below.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this site uses analytics tools (Google Analytics, connected through Site Kit by Google) to understand which pages are read, roughly where visitors are located, what device and browser they used, and how they arrived at the site. Analytics data is aggregated and used to decide which guides to improve and which pages are hard to use. It is handled under Google’s own privacy terms for those services.
Analytics tools use cookies, which are small files stored by your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site’s pages will still load and the contact form will still work. This site does not run its own user accounts, does not offer comments or logins to visitors, and does not operate a mailing list, so there are no account records or subscription lists to describe.

- Verify and act on a correction or school update you reported

- We do not rent or share contact form messages with schools, advertisers, or lead buyers. If you want a school to have your details, contact that school directly.
- We do not add you to a mailing list for using the contact form.
- We do not use contact form messages to make decisions about any person’s admission, financial aid, licensure, or employment. Those decisions belong to schools, aid providers, the Colorado Board of Nursing, and employers.
Service Providers
A small number of companies process information on this site’s behalf in order for the site to function: the hosting provider that serves the pages, the mail services that deliver contact form messages, and Google for analytics. Each receives only the information its function requires. Pages on this site link out to schools, the Colorado Board of Nursing, and accrediting bodies; those organisations have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover what they collect when you visit them.
Children
This site is written for adults researching postsecondary education. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent personal information through the contact form, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to:
- Ask what messages from you we still hold
- Ask us to correct an email address or detail in a message you sent
- Ask us to delete a message you sent
